Construction
The circular cutting machine has stationary cutting unit and rotary circular table. The cutting unit is welded steel construction which carries pretensioned knife guide (By approx. 10 Tons)
Bandknife
The bandknife is 30 mm wide and its service life is about 150 working hours. 2 driven cup grinders grind the bandknife during the splitting operation.
Adjustment of layer thickness
Pre-selection of layer thickness in the range of 1.5 mm to 200 mm by veriner or electronically by a preselection counter with digital display from the control panel from 1.5 mm to 999.9 mm with increments of 0.1 mm.
Cutting speed
The cutting speed is infinitely adjustable between 0 to 5 R.P.M.
Splitting and stacking height
1220 mm.
