Side Trimming Machine

The Side trimming machine from ASE is designed for trimming the sides of single or long blocks in an efficient way minimizing the work time and also providing digital control over the thickness of sides to be removed.

The machine consists of two vertical cutters in a Left-Right arrangement which can be moved in-out with respect to one another, Grippers to guide the foam block during cutting and a Belt conveyor to drive the foam block..
