Basic & Reliable Solution for Foam Production
The Batch Foam Machine (Model BFM) is designed for efficient PU foam block manufacturing, with precise density control (10-50). Featuring an adjustable Block making mold, stainless steel mixing tank, automated dispensing, and digital timing, it ensures consistent quality and simplified operation. Ideal for small to medium-scale manufacturers, this machine offers a basic solution for foam production, backed by ASE's trusted engineering and expertise.
Our Batch Foam Machine Model BFM is an entry-level machine designed to produce flexible PU foam blocks using a one-block-at-a-time process. With a production capacity of up to 30–40 blocks per 8 hours, it is best suited for manufacturers with relatively low production requirements. Its easy-to-operate design, variable mixing speed, and automatic chemical release provide a practical and cost-effective entry into flexible PU foam manufacturing.
Our Batch Foam Machine Model BFM supports flexible PU foam production across a density range of 10 to 40. This wide range allows manufacturers to produce different foam grades based on their specific product and application requirements. With variable mixing speed controlled through an AC frequency drive and digital timing for premixing and final mixing, the BFM provides better process control for producing consistent foam blocks across different density requirements.
In our Batch Foaming Machine (BFM) process, all raw chemicals are first conditioned to the required temperature, accurately pre-weighed, and kept ready for production. The mixing tank is then lowered to the bottom of the mould, where the chemicals are charged and the mixing sequence is initiated through the control panel.
After the premixing and final mixing stages are completed, the mixed chemical formulation is automatically discharged into the mould. The mixing unit then returns to its home position and remains there while the foam block rises and cures inside the mould. Once the foaming cycle is complete, the mould is opened, the foam block is removed, and the mould is closed again, making the system ready for the next production cycle.
The BFMS model is built for professional versatility and supports a density range of 10 to 40 (standard for most flexible foam applications). Because the BFMS features a more advanced convenience with greater mixing capability and main chemicals storage tanks, ensuring that each batch remains convenient throughout the production run.
Our BFMS features integrated Polyol and TDI tanks with loading pumps, helping streamline chemical handling during PU foam production. The dedicated tanks keep key raw materials ready for the batch process and support a smoother workflow between production cycles. By reducing repeated manual movement of chemicals, this setup makes material handling more efficient and helps manufacturers maintain an organised, reliable batch foaming process.
Yes. Our BFMS is designed with a customisable mould system that can support different foam block sizes based on production requirements. The standard machine includes a 6 ft. x 6 ft. mould, while the mould configuration can be adapted for varied block dimensions. This flexibility allows manufacturers to produce PU foam blocks for different applications while using the same controlled mixing and pouring process.
