A.S. Enterprises accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, or product is defective. Exchange/Refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense, if received by us.

Products are not eligible for exchange/refund if:

  • Any item not purchased from www.as-enterprises.com
  • Any item returned 7 days after delivery date
  • Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any item that exhibits physical damage, including damage to original retail box and accessories
  • Any item that exhibits evidence of a spill, regardless of severity
  • Make sure your keyboard is clean before shipping sending it in for return.

Keyboards with large amounts of filth and debris not only cause a health concern for our employees, but also take a great deal of time for us to clean. Such keyboards will incur cleaning charges ranging from ₹100 – ₹500 based on severity

  • Any item for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return upon receipt.
Most product and accessories sold on as-enterprises.com comes with a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Cancellation of orders before the items have been shipped will incur no charges. However, for all items that have been shipped and later cancelled will incur ₹500 to recoup some of our shipping charges. In some cases, we may also charge ₹200 as restocking fees.

Returns that are not in like-new condition or are missing original accessories will be assessed additional fees.

All refunds will take 7-10 business days after the return has been processed and accepted.
In the event we send you an incorrect product, we do apologize and will replace it for free. However, if the product is returned to us used, dirty, etc, we will ONLY accept it as a specialized return with cleaning fees incurred. Cleaning fees depends on the severity of the problem.
